About This Project

Welcome to the digital heartbeat of our Christmas light display. This dashboard provides a real-time window into visitor activity, powered by a custom-built analytics engine.

We utilise a Baldrick Signals Board to anonymously detect the unique Wi-Fi signatures broadcast by mobile devices. This raw telemetry is processed by a Raspberry Pi and visualised instantly, allowing us to gauge crowd density and share the excitement of the display with the world.

Privacy Notice: No personal data, MAC addresses, or device identifiers are stored. The system strictly counts the volume of signals to estimate visitor numbers. "A phone passed by" is the only data point we retain.
